Mission 1: Rhythe

Names: Rhythe Vrel
Region: Kaina
Nature of Reward desired: Crossbow. Something easy to use and with some magical effect (preferably elemental) if I am deemed worthy of the added feature. I'd sacrifice a few stat points for any RP flavor abilities.

Setup: I'm not really sure what my mission should be so I was hoping for staff direction on this one... mostly. It's in Kaina, the white magic region. I am a thief that gives away his reward to people in need of it. It would be easy to roleplay stealing gold without getting it as a reward. Whatever you come up with should be great.

The local baron of Dylmar province, Alson Von Bryer the Third, has recently fallen mysteriously ill. Dylmar is a small, particularly poor province just outside of Kania proper.

Despite this, Alson has been particularly well liked by the people in his relatively short reign since his father's death not two years ago. In just two years time the benevolent Alson abolished the excessive taxation and rampant corruption his father, Drymir Von Bryer, was reviled for.

With Alson ill however, his brother Vicor, has been taking the lead, and reinstating the old, familiar policies of his deceased father. The people, just so recently rejoicing, have fallen back to the misery of old.

The entire province could use a young vagaband, too naive to believe that one man can't change the world, to right the injustice before them, and return prosperity to the people.
